The objectives of this study were: (1) to examine the pattern of industrial growth in Tanuku taluka in West Godavari district in Andhra Pradesh; (2) to identify the factors that have played a decisive role in moulding industrial entrepreneurship in this region; and i(3) to suggest steps for effective utilization of identified factors for industrial growth in rural areas. Literacy and adult education is a critical component of the global Education for All (EFA) movement led by UNESCO. Despite the various adult education programmes launched by the central and state governments since Independence, India is lagging behind in the drive to achieve total literacy.

A study was conducted to compare the dehydrogenase activity of paddy-sugarcane growing soils and relate them with certain physico-chemical properties of soils under different management practices. Soil samples were collected from different villages in sixteen mandals of paddy-sugarcane cultivated areas of West Godavari district by following random sampling technique.   The success of the agricultural policy adopted in has given India the hope of escaping from its circle of poverty. At the same time the increased rate of economic development seems to have exacerbated social tensions and accentuated disparities that may eventually undermine the foundations of rural political ally published in The Princeton Legacy Library uses .
